Brotato wih cats. Considering I have 500h on Brotato on ps5, on paper this should be the ultimate game.. but it's actually a REAL COPY of the game. Items and their stats have been renamed but absolutely idenic.. unless Blobfish has given them rights for chinese market -which I highly doubt- they should sue them1 found this helpful
So, here's the deal. I've been seeing Supercat Survivors pop up on several Youtube gaming creators lists of "Survivors like you must play!" or similarly themed vids, and I dig Survivors games, I dig cats, and Brotato is one of my favorite games - so I of course decided to check this out. First off - If you look at the Steam reviews of Supercat Survivors, you'll see people leaving reviews like, "It's a reskinned Brotato".BUT IT'S MUCH WORSE THAN THAT. They literally use the same stat names, some of the items and weapons are carried over EXACTLY, just given different names. It's not a reskin. It's a cheap knock off. It's not just a reskinned Brotato. It's a buggy, frustrating reskinned Brotato. On the off chance you're reading this not knowing the Brotato formula, it's an arena shooter/survivor game, where you have a class that has different abilities, and you choose from a variety of weapons to survive an Arena for X amount of rounds. You have a shop and drops in the levels to give you random items to power yourself up, and you eventually get a boss, and win the game. There are multiple difficulty levels, a lot of classes and build options, and other game modes to keep you coming…1 found this helpful
brotato knockoff, good on deck
SuperBro Cat-ato is a dumbed down kid friendly version of Brotato with a cute skin. It's not challenging in the slightest, and I expected the items to be cat themed as well as the weapons, but they weren't. There is an accessibility setting to make it easier/harder if you so desire. If you really really really enjoyed Brotato and want another game thats literally the same thing then go for it. Otherwise, play Brotato.

It's really as simple as this: Do you like cute cats? Are you looking for a VS-like experience? Are you willing to accept that the arena in this game is really small? Even if you answer yes to only two of these, it's still worthy of a buy and worth the price point. There are a ton of really cute, fun characters that all have their own build gimmick. Items and weapons aplenty. Different game modes and difficulties. Buy it and enjoy these adorable cats.
