Blast your way through feline fun with Catanks! Follow an immersive level-styled campaign with unique rodent enemies and homely yet hazardous environments, or battle nonstop against explosive combatants in riveting classic missions.Catanks is a 3D game created by students from UPGRADE, reimagining nostalgic tank combat with decisive third-person cat-piloted gameplay.Features:
- Campaign: Defend your home from the invading rats in exciting 3rd person tank gameplay in Catanks's campaign! Each level introduces new mechanics and challenges, such as navigating around sharp obstacles or fending off heavy artillery.
- Classic Mode: Test your skills against 50 consecutive top-down arcade-style levels with the objective to kill all enemies in each level. Each level becomes more difficult than the last and raises the stakes.
- Special Abilities: Use two special Catank abilities to help blast your way through levels. Rocket Cat is for those who want more firepower while Bubble Cat allows you to slip by enemies without taking damage.
- Achievements: Unlock Steam achievements by completing feats of skill such as beating the game in an unconventional way!

It's basically Wii Tanks if you remember that. Even the music is like Wii Tanks. Differences are it moves slower and you get your hp reset at the start of every level. And it's zoomed in. I'd have liked the view to be wider and to see more of the map. The AI is better than Wii Tanks and I think the levels are better designed too. AI moves around well and I had some pretty decent shootouts with it. It's better than I expected. No bugs, it's smooth. It's actually a pretty decent free casual game.1 found this helpful

This might be the Best Game ever made
Paw-sitively fun! Nostalgic tanks game packed with cat & mouse theme. Had to speed the game up to 2X speed though.
A fun tank combat game with some creative enemy tank types. The music is absolutely awful, but you can turn it off and put something better on.
