[h1]In-Depth:[/h1] When I saw the game on the store I was hopeful due to all the positive reviews but I've run into issues even before actually playing the game. As I entered the character creation I was unable to fill in my name and there wasn't much customization available. Nothing was really explained, animations were awful and even though you can access your Inventory/Quests by pressing tab you still have no clear idea as to what to do and where to do it. No id…

I entered the game expecting a broken game based on previous reviews and ended up enjoying it. Keep in mind the game is not wildly "open-world" and crafting is limited to 16 weapons, 2 items, and 2 potions. There are main quests and some side quests which included "kill X number of this creature", "pick up this item", "deliver this to a person" and "collect X number of this resource". The game is a bit janky but in a fun way. I created a guide that covers most aspects of the game which was the reason I spent so much time in-game. Otherwise quickly running through the main and side quests will likely take about 2 hours. Achievement hunters can relatively easily complete all achievements, only a few will take any grinding. I could see potential for game expansion if the developer chooses by expanding Stonehoof to go into an upper class area and beyond and additional landmasses via boat in Erbridge. I also would have liked a slightly slower respawn speed and more mix to enemies like adding a full grown wolf to the young wolves so you have to pick off the young ones carefully when low level. Also a few more enemies in the ruins and catacombs to increase their difficulty.

I paid 50 cents for this and yet i still feel swindled. This is not a quality title in the slightest. Controls aren't responsive, there is no way to track which quests you need to do even if you talked to the person, inventory system is horrible, sound effects are not good at all, and "crafting" isnt what it seems. Game also runs somewhat slow on an RTX 2080 and AMD Ryzen 3800x. This is a 2/10 game.

Avoid at all costs! If someone were to give you this game for free, it would mean they don't like you. There is nothing to explain the interface or the key bindings, and no way to interact with anything. A cat faced guy told me he had lost a ring. I stepped outside of town, it was right there on the ground. There seemed to be no way to pick it up. Left mouse, right mouse, tab, space, enter, various keys, nothing. There is one guide, which supposedly lists everything you can craft, and it is tiny. A handful of weapons, a pipe and a lighter. No armor, no potions, nothing. Even at forty nine cents this is a rip off. The worst offering I have ever seen on Steam.

the controls are just really bad and the game play is also bad don't buy this

I currently have like 2 minutes played. those 2 minutes were me trying to figure out how to access settings (couldn't figure it out), next trying to do quests (couldn't do that), and got k.o.ed by wolves. I'm excited to see the game get more updates but for now i'm just confused. If the game really goes for the open world survival, like vintage story, minecraft, skyrim (heavy on skyrim and vintage story), etc, I personally will like that, just my own opinion. There is alot that could be done with this game but right now it isn't that good. To be fair I got it for a dollar
