Chaos on Wheels

Graphics look like it's from early 2010. The cars handle so poorly. It's an arcade game not a sim racer. You randomly get stuck in mud but you can go over the same spot and not get stuck there again. For me it was too repetitive and I got to the third mission. In regular career mode after you beat a mission you unlock upgrades but I did not find a way to equip those anywhere. Not worth full price. Thanks to the dev saying I should post in discussions or join their discord to be more effective. I want to play a game and enjoy it. Not waste even more time on this game.

An old but very good idea - the execution is worse than some mobile games. The controls are terrible, especially the camera. The image and sound (midi) are like playing on a phone with buttons. At the moment the game has one, but the Big Plus is the appearance of the cars, they are simply wonderful, seriously they are as they should be - almost perfect. Therefore, all hope for update 2.0 !!!!!!

I want to like this game. I think it has potential... But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s rough. I have to play the campaign to unlock new cars, but the number of game-breaking bugs is the biggest challenge. The first campaign chapter was so boring I couldn't bring myself to finish it. Controls don't feel great on m&k, but they feel a lot worse with a controller. We also get some of the worst voice acting I've ever heard. Your car seems to explode for no reason because of a lack of low health alerts... Too many major issues in too short a span of time for me to ever play it again. Maybe someday I'll get Twisted Metal or a worthy equivalent on PC... but this sure as hell ain't it.

"New Twisted Metal" A very well-developed game, a kind of game that practically doesn't exist these days. Great graphics, and interesting and enjoyable things to do, like driving through "small solids" and breaking everything. However, at times it's a bit poorly optimized, with some lag and a bit of randomness. There might be a lot of cars together and it might lag, or it might not. You might pass through a certain place and experience lag, and another time not. Good gameplay with interesting features, designed to be played with keyboard and mouse, not a controller, although that's entirely possible in the future. The "story mode" is cool, and the levels/maps are cool too. It's a type of game that's being well-designed and quite unique. It still needs several tweaks to become a "top game" and be a huge success. In the game mode where you have your own workshop, with your cars, you customize them, level them up, and make them prettier and stronger. This is quite interesting. Looks like utter garbage you'd find as some random mobile game, and it also LOOKS and plays like utter garbage too! A lot of people say its twisted-metal-ish but tbh its moreso akin to driving a tank rather than the car combat you're probably looking for, most of these reviews dont know what they're talking about when comparing. Save yourself some time and just find something else, this ain't it.
