An uninspired platformer. Charlie's Adventure doesn't even try to disguise the gameplay under a big world, deep lore, or any cliched setting. You just start playing, and you will get some random plot cutscenes near the end of the game. It's unclear what the plot is or who even who is Charlie and why he is going to the right. You are equipped with a chargable gun like MegaMan, a dash through enemies and a powerful stomp. Each movement uses your blue bar (mana?) but you can quickly fill it while standing still and pressing up. It's not infinite this way, but it's very easy to just do it almost anywhere. There's also not bosses nor anything, just a couple of zombie variations with some being more annoying. You move from level to level, there's a simple tutorial and 12 levels. It's a short game, but it still manages to get repetitive after seeing almost everything it has to offer in the first 10 minutes. The biggest issue though is the amount of bugs. Expect zombies to bounce around randomly and killing you. There are also big axe traps that fail to trigger or just slowly fly away out of the screen. It's like they gave up on fixing bugs and just called it a day. Cannot reco…
Medium difficulty action/platform game with trading cards. Total 12 levels with 3 difficulties. [spoiler]You receive more damage and zombie has higher HP for harder difficulty, your HP restore once you kill zombie or reach checkpoint, and required to kill all zombies to finish the level.[/spoiler]
