Imagine yourself in shining chaps and a pleated shirt covered by a notched collar-styled waistcoat, a "Stetson" hat sitting on your head. Hey, cowboy, this is your world. You may walk into a tavern and order a Rye whisky, preparing for a match with your old friend in the free and wild west.
Checkers is the first VR Checkers game to cover all mainstream gameplay methods in the world, developed by an indie game team SUPLIFE. Wherever you are from, our 8x8 and 10x10 boards will satisfy all your needs. High time you competed with our guests in the tavern to prove your intelligence. Are you up to the challenge?
The world of Checkers is not limited to the free and wild west. You can also travel the pixel-styled anime scene where every piece is your loyal subject and will fight enemy pieces for victory under your command. More scenes are coming soon. Stay Tuned!

I got a free copy on the Developers Discord. Tabletop Checkers in VR. Currently It includes 1 environment, a old west saloon, with a few music tracks to hear while playing, and 4 playmodes, as in differnt international Rules on how the game is played. You can move around by dragging yourself by holding the grip, old method, but it works, and there is not much to see, basically its for adjusting your place on the table. AI is not that hard, it took me ~5min to beat them once on the default difficulty on each rule set. I feel that at the time of this review (game basically just released) the game has too little content for the sale price, but everything works as it should, you can start and finish a game of checkers using different rules, and board sizes. So I recommend this for Checkers lovers.3 found this helpful
