About ChiroTerra
Welcome to the cold depths of ChiroTerra
Leave the safety of the surface and venture into an unmarked cave alone. Can you survive with only the Tools and Resources that YOU decided to bring?

Every item has advantages and disadvantages if brought with you. You have limited space in your bag, so you'll have to choose your gear carefully. Perhaps you prefer a convenient headlamp, or perhaps a reliable glowstick? It's your choice what items work for you!

ChiroTerra is a maze of tunnels, you'll need to think hard on how to navigate them. You could bring chalk to mark your way through the cave, or a lighter that can pick up on the caves draft, or you could bring both if you have the enough space. Either way, wandering around aimlessly is a surefire way to freeze to death.

Lastly remember you're not alone in those dark, dank tunnels. Listen for the pitter patter sound of hands crawling. If you hear it, then hide or ready something to scare it off! Just make sure you packed enough flares, or make sure you still have some bullets.

Players have wildly different experiences with this game's horror elements—some find the monster terrifying and the atmosphere genuinely scary, while others never encounter meaningful threats and feel frustrated by resource management instead. The core complaint centers on confusing game mechanics, particularly the lighter's superiority over other light sources, its non-renewable fuel, and the punishing resource depletion that discourages experimentation with different playstyles.
never saw the monster or was threatened by it. game has too many resources and the all run out very quickly, feels like I'm being punished for playing the game in any playstyle. on top of that, your lighter has a resource that you can't replenish for some reason or have an alternative like matches or anything, and that points you towards the exit and requires you to stay still to make it work, so like I'm being punished by having it run out faster for using it the right way instead of guessing? it also provides more light that your headlamp for some reason by a wide mile and I don't understand, why is this this way. trying to use chalk at all seemed like a way to just waste light, when before playing the game it seemed like a good mechanic. I don't get it, games should be fun lol. this wasn't even like stressful or hard, just kinda bullshimt. died to hypothermia btw after a lot of nothing happened. I brought a ton of snacks and 1 of the few ramens. barely saw the hand caves, only saw fingers.2 found this helpful
This game was really terrifying. I love how the game is to be in a tight spaced cave while being hunted by a creature that fills up the space of the tunnel. Really scary experience, love the use of supplies (although the lighter didn't really help me that much) and most of all a really scary and unique monster.1 found this helpful
