I'd say this one is more of play at your own risk. So mostly neutral, it's playable and you can finish it. A stocking stuffer to the adventure game enthusiast. Luckily, old as it is, I personally didn't experience any game-breaking bugs. I did encounter only in one section, the part people said that the dialogue seemed to cut off towards the end but perhaps closing and opening the game fixed it for me? But it only ever happened in one section and not for very long. There are the occasional funny glitches where the 3D models t-posed/froze up and reset their positions as the game loaded out of cutscenes. The worst part of this game by far is the lack of direction. Unless you're a fan of, as Sylvie puts it, "trial and error" you will spend a large portion of the game doing guesswork as the game doesn't provide enough context for how to solve a puzzle or how to progress. More challenging and significantly longer than the first Chronicles of Mystery game. I very much enjoyed the first 75% or so, but I felt it lost its way towards the end, with a silly plot and finale. However, well worth a playthrough. Puzzles were always fair and I didn't need a walkthrough at all.

10 out of 10. I really enjoyed this game and the puzzles were not too hard.

Story Puzzle game. Not as fun or as witty as monkey island but it kills time. Managed to complete the game without any hints or google. Only struggled on the last puzzle with the three rings. just kept spinning till i got it lol

This is a much more polished game than the first one, and a decent sequel too. So chances are that if you liked the first one you'll like this one too.

as with every other 3d point and click game from city interactive, the dialogue is atrocious, the puzzles are moon logic incarnate, and the plot is awful with a terrible ending. and for that reason, i give it my highest recommendation, as there is nothing more fun than sitting down for an afternoon to play one of these things with a walkthrough on standby
