About Claim Denied!
Step into the shoes of an insurance claims investigator. Every day, a new stack of cases lands on your desk — vehicle collisions, medical injuries, property damage, and more. Your job: review the evidence, study the documents, and decide whether each claim is legitimate or fraudulent. But it's not as simple as it sounds. Claimants lie. Witnesses contradict each other. CCTV footage tells one story, medical reports tell another. You have limited energy, a ticking clock, and a reputation to protect. Approve too many fraudulent claims and the company bleeds money. Reject too many legitimate ones and you'll face lawsuits, audits, and scandal.Key Features:
- Investigate real-looking cases with police reports, CCTV recordings, witness statements, hospital evaluations, and insurance database records
- Manage your energy and workday from 9 AM to 6 PM
- Make decisions: approve, reject, or negotiate settlements
- Unlock investigator skills as you progress through the career
- Face special events: corruption offers, fraud raid operations, viral media cases, VIP claims, and more
- Track your performance: profit, losses, reputation, and client satisfaction
- Choose your language: English, Spanish, or Russian
- Listen to the Office Radio while you work — five music stations to keep you focused

This game feels like it needs the Early Access tag. I want to like this game. The premise is very interesting to me. But I feel like the game isn't as developed as it could be. ~Time moves on it's own and interrupts the flow of investigating. Each day goes by way too quick. ~The tutorial is absolutely awful and isn't even complete. It shows there's 8 info boxes, but only 5 show up. ~AI generated pictures are...fine, I guess. It just feels less authentic and more like "Get the game done fast and publish it so people will buy it." ~The interface isn't bad, but it feels unpolished. ~Case information is pretty much the same across different claims. (Theft, medical, etc.) Doesn't seem like the claim amounts vary. That being said, I liked the options available for investigating the claims. Talking to witnesses, looking up the claimant's previous claims (if they had any), looking at CCTV footage, etc.5 found this helpful
Decent time waster. Not much to it and the cases get repetitive after a while. Worth a couple bucks but not more than that without more depth. Also the arbitrary breaks are annoying. I'd also like more feedback on the length of the day and when one day changes for the next. The office mod interface isn't user friendly but doable. Not sure id make the purchase again if i could do it over and it doesn't feel like a game id come back to later.1 found this helpful
I tried the game and I really enjoyed it. It's easy to learn, but at the same time, it's challenging enough to keep you entertained. The atmosphere is great, and the small details make everything feel more complete and well-made. It's not perfect, but it's fun and worth playing if you like this type of game.1 found this helpful
