Cloak & Dagger: Shadow Operations is a short, single player, third person, tactical stealth action game set in the early 1990's meant to be finished in one sitting. Use the shadows, shoot out lights, stun enemies, and conceal yourself in the darkness through 5 Missions.
-Story-
The year is 1993.
A breakaway faction within the UN has dedicated resources to creating a new, special, intelligence and sabotage task force entrusted with unveiling corrupt secrets of powerful forces and their intentions to the world. Move through the dark and bring their actions into the light.
-Light & Shadow-
Use the shadows as a weapon. Stalk your enemies from the darkness, strike and retreat into the veil. Shoot out lights and disable generators, or blind pursuers with flashbangs.
-Silence & Sound-

Ok Look! I feel hurt to give it a negative review but i have to unfortunately as this game needs more work to feel or get the positive review. But let me be a good guy and tell the good things about this. First of all: - I can clearly see the motivation, passion and love the solo developer have for this game. I respect and love his passion to make a game which is inspired by the Original Splinter Cell ( which have a special place in my heart ). Huge respect and salute for the passion you have on this game - Also i am really impressed by the amount of stuff this game have ESPECIALLY made by 1 single developer. The style is beautiful, the game runs pretty well, the mechanics that are there works well, the 1990s setting is interesting. the good old sound and seen icon gave me original nostalgia. From a single developer, it is really impressive here and well done on what you have done - The levels are well designed ( not counting tutorial one ). From the first mission you have this open level to get to objective however you can, avoiding or moving however you want ( through ground or above ) and leave. Well done on that BUT unfortunately this game have a lot of issues and missing…6 found this helpful
Hate to leave a negative review, it's obviously made by people that truly loves the original SC, but when the very first guard AI player encounters had fairly amount of chances to just froze there when spotted the player, melee and interact zones being imprecise or unresponsive, I have doubts the game can run smoothly for the next few hour. maybe wait a couple of months for more patching and polishing.5 found this helpful
Clearly a love letter to Splinter Cell, but not a great one unfortunately. Encountered a tonne of issues with really wonky AI, inputs not working, falling through the level when a door touched me, and some other general bugginess that sours the experience.2 found this helpful
Decent little indie stealth game. Its a very basic splinter cell/MGS inspired game that is rough around the edges.2 found this helpful
I wanted to like the game, but it's buggy and has not been play tested well. This is what a lot of Indies always get wrong. They don't playtest well to find pain points. For example the tutorial tips in the game in the first tut level only show up when you stand in a particular small area in a lot of places. If you slightly move forward or backwards it disappears and you have to stand in the sweet spot. It seems they set the collider area for triggering the tips is too small in a lot of places.
Cloak & Dagger is a short stealth game heavily inspired by old Splinter Cell titles. The game features 5 levels (though one of them is a tutorial and only has 2 enemies), with the main challenge being avoiding the guards that cannot be killed or taken out in any way. While developer did add an option to knock guards out from behind, it can be very clunky to use and enemies only stay down for a very limited period of time, so it's best to avoid confrontation entirely if you can help it. Our spy is equipped with 4 weapons to help him deal with the enemies: a EMP gun that can be used to shock enemies or disable lights and cameras, which is completely silent, or you can charge up a powerful shot that will destroy the lights completely (though not the cameras), but that can be heard by enemies who will arrive to investigate the commotion. The other 3 weapons are all different types of grenades: EMP grenade, the most useful of the bunch, can disable every light source in the environment, though in my experience it doesn't always disable cameras, and I'm unsure if it's a bug or not. Next we have a flashbang, which disables enemies for a limited time, and finally a noisemaker. Frankly, in…
