Stealth game - not enough of these on the market anymore - it's a bit easy but I liked it.

We need a second game of this. I miss it.

This game gets better the more you learn about it because it does a really poor job at explaining the mechnics to the player, and doesn't really require you to interact with them at all. It's a good stealth game that does not realise its full potential in my opinion. [b]Crafting[/b] When I first saw the crafting system I was actually a bit annoyed. It seems like every game nowadays needs a crafting system, but after playing through the game I think that it is actually pretty nicely executed here. First off: All your crafted items are restocked when the level changes. I did not realize this until my second playthrough, because I saw no reason to use them, especially because they are so expensive to make. But when restocked they make the encounters a bit more fun. This isn't explained, or maybe I just didn't see the text. You can also undo crafting and get the materials back, which is cool. It also makes finding new blueprints exciting. You constantly find materials, but you don't know what to do with them, then you find a blueprint and get excited to find the missing materials. It also wouldn't have made sense for those items to be simply found in the levels. [b]Grappling Hook[/b]…

I don't have much good to say about this game unfortunately. Context: I played it fully pacifist all the way through. Getting the good out of the way: - Level design (aesthetically/structurely speaking, not gameplay wise speaking) - The grappling hook feels quite satisfying to use The parts I disliked: - The story is so loose and I found it difficult to be captivated by, the discussions between the main character and Lily predominantly occur between levels, the rest of the story is told through conversation amongst the guards - The gadgets feel unnecessary, there was never a time where I was like "I wish I had a tool to help me with this" because the grappling hook alone was enough, they just seemed there to help, but even then the resouces to craft them felt scarce - I also had an audio bug where after maybe 45 mins of playing suddenly I'd only be able to hear dialogue and nothing else from the game - All of those compound to make it feel as though every level I'm playing is the same task/problem and effectively playing the same level 15 times. The game is decent, grappling is neat, because of the ability to rollback time an infinite amount there are absolutely 0 stakes so its more of a chill experience for a stealth game, many people seem to complete a playthrough in around 10 hours but it took 10 hours to 100% the game, they have escape levels at the end which allow you to basically play the game in reverse if your interested in that (I was not).
