BASIC SURVIVAL

Basic survival is building a fire for heat and warmth to keep from freezing to death. This is essential for heat as well as for cooking. Notice too the blinking hunger bar with the drumstick icon. It is up to you to explore and find food. 

BUILDING SHELTER

Once you discover sources of sustainable food you can begin to collect materials for building shelter. Structures help you to keep warm, store food properly, and tan hides.

OTHER SURVIVAL TIPS

• Protective clothing is important and can be crafted from tanned hides, properly smoking the hides ensures that you get the best protection. 

• Berries are a plentiful source of replenishable food though you should stock up before temperatures get too cold.
• The small fur creature roaming around is a little dangerous so be careful wounds can sometimes be fatal. They love the berries and will slowly multiply.
