So simple. and compelling. I used this back when DOS was boss, and I'm very happy they never let it fade away.1 found this helpful
It's a war game from the 80's. 'Risk' meets 'Battleship under the guise of checkers.' Pretty simple, keys based. You choose how formidable your enemy is, (the PC) and you can play a WWI a WWII scenario, or a 1986 scenario, a future, like 2150 scenario and a scenario where your enemies strength and whereabouts are unknown to you. It's a great strategic game. Most people laugh at the graphics. I think, how much better this game could be, with modern graphics. Same game , upgrade the graphics and art. This game would probably still be fun/.1 found this helpful
This is a good game to learn and get comfortable with before playing into something more complex like Conflict of Nations
Old but good. Kinda like Risk. Kinda, sorta.
Excellent yet simplistic grand tactics and strategy game.
