About Cpt.Balloney - painful days at home
Play as a former captain (of a space ship) on the run in the frist part "painful days at home" when your ship crashed and you had to hide inside the home of some unknown guy. Enjoy a gameplay with no hassle, as time doesn't matter here, promise. Just combine items you find to make your way back into space.
This is a promotional shortgame where you can expect a playtime of around 25 mins. But it heavily depends on you. If you're a hardcore progamer, experienced in all historical p&c adventures, this is a simple walkthrough for you. If so, be our guest and consider yourself a patron of the next part, which shall have a playtime of 10-20 hours estimated. Your comments will greatly help us making a much more accurate guess about that as well.
For the not-so-hard coregamer, just enjoy clicking around and guess what to do next. There are some hints and some "hidden" items to combine. Have fun and post your thougts about it, as they will influence the next part quite a bit which is planned to come this year.

This game has a lot to love! Firstly, allow me to say, i hold the keyless world record speedrun for Cpt.Balloney - painful days at home. I have beaten the game numerous times, and to summarize, it is very charming in a very certain kind of way. As advertised, the game does have; graphics, animations, sounds, music and story I had the soundtrack of the game stuck in my head for days after playing, very catchy. The game play is scarcely explained, however that adds to the charm the game offers through its simple communication through visuals. The tightly knit plot and short duration lend nicely to the relaxing vibe of the game. The puzzles can be confusing at times, but the solutions always left me with a massive grin. This game won't appeal to everyone, but for the low price, and the short but impactful experience, i would recommend "Cpt.Balloney - painful days at home" to everyone :D6 found this helpful
If you need a quick, stupid laugh or want to bash your head in from the graphics of poorly done MS paint and pixel art combined than this is the game for you. If you have a couple of bucks to spare and about 30-45 mins to waste then this will surely help. Go into this game expecting lower than the minimum of what you would have expected from this game.
