RPG Maker strikes again! Creatio Ex Nihilo: Aition is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel JRPG ripoffs spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club weeaboo fan fiction. Basically, these guys didn't make a game, they filled out a couple of templates in a construction kit. This RPG Maker flip has been dumped on Steam as a cash grab by Shoho Games, who've made a "career" out of ripping off store assets and putting together lazy construction kit games (GameGuru etc) and badging them as if they're proper games. That kind of thing is unethical, and yet here we are with Shoho doing it once again. Like all RPG Maker games, the poor quality engine displays badly in fullscreen and doesn't have full HD support or any graphics tweaking options.
