✦ AI summary

Players praise the game's dark, atmospheric aesthetic and appreciate the potion-brewing mechanics and item collection system that adds depth beyond standard hidden object hunting. However, the game suffers from significant technical issues including broken potion-saving features, poor translation resulting in misleading item names, limited variety with only six repeating scenes, timer-based pressure that undermines relaxation, and a story that abruptly ends without closure or explanation, leaving many feeling the game is incomplete and poorly polished.

I played this game on Facebook were we played with our friends five years ago before they took it down. I loved it then and still love it now but it needs to be played online with others for trading items. It has dark stories to it and lots of objects to find. 9/10 -A must try! ***The Bug in this game they tried fixing it buy us being able to use money bills and coins to buy drinks..But we cant not make them. I am fine with that!***

Utterly disappointing HOS. 1.Bugs and Faults There are some great concepts in the game, for instance the “brewing” of potions that will help you advance in the game, but that feature is bugged so the potions aren’t saved. Sometimes the words are hopelessly misleading: for example it stated “fur” in the list and using the “eye tool” I found I had to click on the bellows !?!? 2. The graphics are rather good, but they’ve also mixed photographic objects in between. 3. It’s very repetitive: there are 6 scenes each with 2 variants, that’s it. The entire game is played on the ground floor, there is no exploration of the hospital. The soundtrack is good, but you only have two tracks. 4. Worst of all: the story stops at level 36: no explanation, no closure. I’ve played ‘till level 59 hoping to get some more info but it’s just an open ending. The game states that with the more people you connect , the more patients you will meet . Is that the problem, that I played it on my own? If that’s the reason I find it hardly fair that as a paying gamer I don’t get and ending to the story simply because I don’t connect to other players. Conclusion: unless you’re addicted to HOS and don’t need a sto…

This game is crap. Not a relaxed hidden object game (which I love and have bought dozens) but everything is on a timer. After getting past the clunky navigation system, I was finally on a screen with something to do. One of the items I had to find was a comb, I could not find it at all, pressing hint revealed a hair brush!? It is this lack of attention to detail and clunky navigation which is making me uninstall the game. Even though I purchased it on a sale, I fell ripped off by the very low price I paid.

I like the dark and creepy feel of this game. I don't play a lot of HOGs but this one came in a bundle and I've enjoyed playing it. One thing you have to watch for if you're an English speaker is that some items get lost in translation. For instance, if you need to find a jar of cotton balls, it tells you to find "tampons". Ha! So you have to kind of learn their words for certain things, which gets frustrating at times. I like that you not only have to find the objects, but you also have to find certain items to put collections together and that's how you advance. I'd like if there were more rooms to explore, but it's pretty good the way it is. Graphics are good. The creepiness level goes way up about halfway through. Overall, I'd recommend.
