Dark Hours

I had a lot of fun with Dark Hours, especially playing with friends. There were so many moments where everything went completely wrong and we were just sitting there laughing about it. I’ve got some genuinely funny memories from this one, and I’m really glad we played it.

Imagine a hamburger. now take a bite out of said hamburger. NOW imagine an onion. you see, both onions and hamburgers have layers, and in that sense, this game is in the same kinda boat. One that's round, floats, made of wood and metal. dark hours is a game for the whole family, except for that one creepy uncle (not that one) and his sidekick dog.

So first of all the game is better then most of the negative reviewer write about. Read some negative reviews and youll notice quickly that its just pure skill issue and misunderstanding of the game concept. This is not a pure horror game so you cant expect the game to be super scary, the focus lies more on the objectives and how to deal with the monsters. WIch leads me to my next point, not every item is usefull against every monster lol. People complain about crowbars not being usefull to defend urself with it. Ofcourse they arent! Where would the challenge be if u could defeat any monster with a piece of iron. From the pictures in the store u can already see that u need to play this game with friends and u cant expect to have online lobbys with randoms. Cause why play it solo? Neither the monster ai or pathing is terrible and ive seen some complaints about not having a standard map and it being random generated everytime..look at phasmophobia with the same dumb maps every time. No replayability wich this games offers since the maps generate each round randomly. That doenst mean the game has no structure or concept. The game has both and for 10$ its a solid game to play with some…
