Played the game on M and 1. what can i say? you die randomly, and when you die, you're kicked back to the main menu. no tutorial. music doesn't fit. i was half expecting the dev to plug his/her soundclod with their generic trap beats lol but IT' wouldn't be so bad for a free iphone or android game with maybe an ad when you start a level... not so much on pc. MAAAYYYBE, on friv or miniclip. not on stream.19 found this helpful
Honestly? 25€ for this? i wouldnt even download it if it was free. Theres no objective, no tutorial, i randomly just die. I wont even mention the looks... It looks like waking up from a feverdream inside a rave party. My dumbass went to G2A and bought 5 random steam keys for 4€ (worst 4€ that i spent btw) i do not recommend this game to anyone.8 found this helpful
Dark Jungle is an indie fantasy platformer that thrives on its unusual atmosphere rather than mechanical complexity. Developed and published by Jokondu, the game follows Dorian, a magician who becomes stranded in a mysterious forest inhabited by fairies and dangerous creatures. What begins as a simple premise gradually unfolds into a journey through a world that feels equal parts enchanting and hostile. The game never attempts to overwhelm players with an elaborate plot, instead choosing to focus on the sensation of being lost in a place that seems to operate according to its own magical rules. Giant plants, twisting vines, and hidden dangers create an environment that constantly demands the player's attention. There is a surreal quality to the art direction that helps Dark Jungle stand apart from many independent platformers. While the visuals are memorable, they occasionally sacrifice readability, as hazards can blend into the background during more hectic moments. Nevertheless, the game's artistic ambition i…
Все выглядит очень красиво, и отличная музыка на заднем плане создает правильное настроение.
Can't figure out how to get past the first level. You start off being able to jump fairly high, but after the first couple of platforms your guy can barely get off the ground. This makes it seemingly impossible to beat. Maybe I'm missing something, but remember this is the very first level.
I genuinely played the game and it was the absolute worst platformer I have played in my life. The art style is alright, but it took me 15 minutes to figure out there were prickly bushes (which will slow you down and do damage) on the platforms. The last level even put similar textures as the platforms as a wallpaper and it makes the said bushes invisible. The choice of music is also rather strange: trap-like music. With that being said, thanks for the 40 minutes of pain, I enjoyed it.
