Excellent game, one of the best lewd ones I've played. Mechanics are good, and the kinks, which weren't even mine specifically, were hot, surprising, and well done. The dialogue and pacing were great. Honestly, this could be the start of a DLC empire. Different girls, going further in the relationship, different kinks, expanding the deck mechanics. Voice acting would also be great, even if just computer generated, as it sounds like this a solo developer. As long as the writing and art stay this good I would keep coming back. Took me about 3.5 hours to play. I'd usually consider that not great value, but this game was absolutely worth it. PS - The deckbuilder/dating sim/VN with some choices is (at least for me) a really promising direction. Many eroges are using the JRPG dungeon crawler formula, which feels too time consuming and grind-y, even when done well. The deckbuilder puzzles went faster and felt more satisfying than combat, just the right amount of thinking and engagement, and making you 'earn' the next content. Straight VNs get a little boring for me.

Let me start by saying that I almost wish this wasn't an h-game so I could recommend it to more of my friends. Out of the hundreds of games I will play across my lifetime, there are probably very few that I will actually remember forever, but Dating Joyce might just be one of them. First of all, the story is absolutely crazy for a game that basically has only 2 real characters. I never saw the twists and turns coming that this game has. Next, the gameplay is really good. The card game is relatively simple, but the game kind of reinvents itself several times throughout a playthrough which keeps things very fresh. I was expecting maybe 1 or 2 hours of actual gameplay, but I was pleasantly surprised that I have 5 hours of gameplay and still counting. Now my only negative point about this game (and this is really more of a personal thing) is that this game is extremely difficult. There will be some matches that you have to attempt many times before you finally win them. I'm honestly very glad that this game lets you savescum through matches or I'm not sure if I would actually be able to complete some of them. The art and sex scenes aren't bad at all, but you won't be very fo…

I've never written reviews for games before but wow this is such an underrated H-game. Gameplay is fun, the girl is hot and fun to interact with, and there's all sorts of wacky and unexpected things that happen as you play through the game.

Game did a great job of balancing the porn aspect and the game aspect and it was overall really fun and had a decent level of difficulty, I blew through it in a day despite wanting to space it out by the acts because I was just that hooked. Only real complaints I have is some of the mechanics especially of specific dates aren't really explained so you kind of havej ust have to figure it out with trial and error, the mechanics do make sense so it'll only take you 2 or 3 times to figure out what to do. The other complaint I have isthe 2ed act I wasn't really into the theme but it didn't break my experience at all and it was still fun to play
