I have played about an hour of this game, and I have finished all of the levels on the easiest difficulty. From what I have played, this game is worth it. The game has polish, and the feel of the game is smooth and sleek. It also offers quite a challenge at some points, but losing feels like an opportunity because of all the upgrades you can get. I'm sure I will play some higher difficulties soon, but from what I've played, this game has charm and polish and is worth grabbing for those with a headset.4 found this helpful
Honestly was not expecting this game to be so FIRE. I played this game for a live stream on Twitch without doing any screen testing, so all of my reactions were live. This is one of those games I could see myself playing for hours on end, and I do plan on playing this so much more. Some of my favorite things are the Zombie Variants and the level design. Variants: From the Default Zombies to the really big one with the two glowing spots, everything about this game looks amazing and functions just as well. Level Design: It's so simple yet so nice. From simple places like the farm & town, to the more complex places like Site 0, everything is set up in a way that makes these places look amazing while also making them really fun to play. I'm not going to spoil anything here because I recommend that you play it for yourself, but for those of you who aren't sure yet, here's a full VOD. This isn't a game that will seduce you with beautiful graphics or amaze you with an ocean of content. But it's got soul, the raw passion of developers chasing their dreams, and a fun, satisfying core game-play loop that works. Worth your time and your money.3 found this helpful

Protect the Train at All Costs! Dead In Your TrackZ is a static wave VR shooter where your mission is clear — protect the stranded train that’s run out of gas. Enemies will attack from every angle, so you’ll need to guard not just the front but also the doors while collecting cash to upgrade and expand your arsenal. The weapon progression feels rewarding, and investing in an auto-shooting turret is a lifesaver when things get intense — it truly feels like your trusty companion in battle. There’s a surprising amount of depth and replayability, with plenty of upgrades, enemy types, and tactical decisions to keep each session fresh. You can tell this game was made with passion — the mechanics are solid, the pacing is satisfying, and the sense of progression keeps pulling you back for “just one more round.” A great mix of defense, strategy, and action — and an absolute must-play for fans of wave shooters. Mission objective: Protect the train! 🚂💥1 found this helpful
