About Dear Lighthouse
BRING THE LIGHT BACKYou arrived for a routine job, but the silence on this rock is deafening. The previous keeper is gone, and the machinery has been sabotaged. You are alone with the storm.Dear Lighthouse is a tactile puzzle game where you don't just press a button to fix things, you must physically operate the gears, connect the circuits, and fuel the fire.GAMEPLAY FEATURES
- Immersive Repairs: Interact directly with industrial equipment. You must manually operate valves, connect electrical circuits, and manage power systems to restore functionality.
- Scavenge & Restore: The lighthouse is in disrepair. Explore the island to find scrap materials and use the workshop to fabricate the missing component needed to fix the mechanism.
- Narrative Mystery: The previous keeper didn't just leave, he was driven to the edge. His scattered diary pages tell a story of obsession and a 'song' on the wind.

fun little exploration game that reminds me of being thrown into an escape room but the escape room is a lighthouse. the story is simple but intriguing, the environment definitely charming. the game explains next to nothing but rewards you for paying attention to your surroundings and interpreting the tidbits of clues you find around the island. i also felt somewhat reminded of firewatch while playing, though on a much smaller scale. i had some issues with the audio on the island switching to something else if i was close enough to specific locations, and found some of the walking/climbing/jumping a bit tedious. it also took me ages to manage to move one specific item because it felt sort of stuck. i assume that was the intention but it certainly discouraged me in the beginning because i thought i just missed a clue on how to go about that. also sadly i was getting some motion sickness so i was only able to play in short bursts, which made progressing a little difficult as there's no manual save. all in all, i'd still recommend the game! it's small, charming, and while it has its shortcomings they are easy to overlook. :D2 found this helpful
The game is short and fun, with an interesting story and charming graphics. There is still room for improvement in the details, but considering it was made by a single student, it’s understandable that there are some shortcomings. I can’t wait to play the new titles.2 found this helpful
Cannot recommend this game enough!!! The story is super cool and the ending was insane. A super family friendly game. It was worth every single penny. 10/10
