This is amazing. As an arena shooter it has a lot of variety in enemies and combat options, and even though it's with ships it’s incredibly fast-paced thanks to the dashes and speed, you have to be on alert all the time and learn who to target first. The designs and atmosphere lean toward horror, with all the killing creatures at the bottom of the sea, but it’s really the incredible sound design that makes it unique and even scary. It is pretty hard and challenging. You’ll find yourself replaying levels and hordes over and over because you die so often, but it almost never feels unfair because the game gives you everything you need to handle it. Especially the bosses the attacks are very satisfying to master. It's more like an arcade because of its short length, it’s also very demanding when it comes to scoring. Even though you don’t die from a single hit and can heal by killing enemies, if you want a good score you practically have to go for a no-hit run, but it always feels achievable. Highly recommended. Esp: Esta tremeeendo, como arena shooter es bastante variado por los enemigos y con opciones para pelear, y aunque sea con naves es re frenético por los dashes y la velocidad,…

Its a cool concept it really is and the earlier levels are fun but there's a point where its no longer a climb and is just a brick wall. I got as far as Reternal and that's when the difficulty spike got to be too much. The hoard levels where you are fighting dozens of enemies is great. You are taught to constantly be on the move, pace your boost, and time your dodges to enemies. Its a fast paced combat puzzle of managing your resources. The enemies also all look incredibly interesting. Each one is unique and brings something to the table that honestly adds to the experince. The ugly is the boss fights unfortunately. The health system of this game revolves on either being so good you never get hit or constantly killing enemies. The plausible line of that is between the two. Unfortunately this goes right out the door the moment you get to a boss battle. Bosses have parts that you can damage to get a bit of health back but usually this also progresses the fight and makes it harder. You have to learn what the best order to break these parts is or to pace yourself while damaging them. Thats at least true for the first one. Returnal, that boss is honestly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in its second phase…

Stare in to the abyss and the abyss stares back. Hard, chaotic, nearly demonic, and creepy. 10/10

Very challenging intense game play with little room for error. The visuals and sound design are impeccable and haunting. You sprint around at max speed always on the edge of death fighting darkness itself. So its a pretty good game but not for everyone and it will challenge you. Pushing yourself to your limit. Definitely worth a try for the demo!
