✦ AI summary

Deep Sea Arena is inspired by Devil Daggers but lacks the polish and thoughtfulness of its influence, with rough hitboxes, unintuitive radar design, and unfinished mechanics like exploitable chain physics that feel more like oversight than intentional gameplay. Players appreciate the visual-focused approach over audio cues, but criticize the overall execution and feel the game needs significant refinement before being worth purchasing.

hmmmm I don't know if this is mean but I'm on honest guy so Game design: Clearly "inspired" by devil daggers. this game relies on visual ques instead of auditory ones. The best way to describe this experience is if a developer was told to copy devil daggers without actually playing the game yet. Hitboxes are very rough around the edges and some design elements are just not added with enough sufficient thought. like the chains on the arena you can actually slide up them and fly into the air and gain an advantage. I suppose they're there "just for the sake of" being there to interrupt the player. The radar system is quite unintuitive, especially with the colour scheme of the game. I find difficulty differentiating the world & enemies vs the radar, the problem is the radar is a very required feature because there are no auditory clues for enemies like there are in devil daggers. I'll talk more about hitboxes. gems should be more exposed and bullets should feel more floaty and definitely more visible. There is a problem with the "shotgun" delay when you single click where it won't register as a shotgun shot and it will mess up a run. The enemy herding algorithm sucks as they don't …
