What Steam players say

Players praise this point-and-click adventure for its beautiful, fairy-tale-inspired artwork and creative puzzle design featuring mythological creatures, though opinions on the story and overall experience are positive. The main frustration centers on unclear interactive elements—objects that can be clicked aren't indicated, hidden clickable areas blend into backgrounds, and some puzzles lack direction or hints, forcing players to rely on walkthroughs or trial-and-error. Additional complaints include repetitive music, occasional unresponsive controls, and missing quality-of-life features like
I enjoyed playing this one (on PC) and 7 hours later I finished it......There were times when you were given ZERO direction of what to do or even know you could do certain things. This is a point and click game but it is also on occasion a Click & Drag game. I think a "hint" system would really benefit some of the puzzles in each season, otherwise you'll need to have a walk through video on stand by to help you go through. It is a really beautiful game and the creatures are very very unique.......AND where the hell was Mom during all of this :) Is there an exit game button for this? Couldn't find that on the start up menu.1 found this helpful
Pros - Beautiful artwork - Fantastic puzzle and level design. - Good controls, almost entirely playable with mouse (you do need top press ESC to exit) - Good save system, appears to auto-save after every interaction. Cons - Music is repetitive and also stops abruptly before looping. - A lot of the game feels a bit like a hidden object game because there is no hot-spot reveal and some of the items you need to interact with or pickup just completely blend in with everything else. Overall its gets a recommendation, despite some frustrating click every where moments.1 found this helpful
A very beautifully rendered point-and-click! The puzzles were incredibly satisfying, though I found myself overthinking a few XD Definitely worth a play if you have a few hours and want to exercise your brain a little, and the story beneath the puzzles is touching and surprisingly heartfelt.
Neutral review ...
Mostly this is a pleasant game but it has some very frustrating issues. The graphics are pretty but the scene exit button can sometimes be a pain to see. It blends into the background so much that it becomes a hit & miss. Whilst there's an interesting variety of puzzles some of them are incredibly obtuse. Unless the puzzles are solved the game progression can not continue. As there are no achievements to be gained, there needs to be a SKIP option after a few failed attempts.
I like the artstyle, and generally like the story and puzzles. Worth it
This was a fun game until it turned into testing the quality of the interface to respond to my actions, and it turned out not to be very good at responding . This is set up to be something the player "fails" at but it is really just bad programming on the part of the game-maker.
