"Searching for objects in the forest" is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from copy+paste repeat offenders, "wow wow games". All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects for Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else's work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception (just look at their other games on Steam). It's nothing but a cash grab. This time they've ripped off a basic template for a 2D cartoony mobile app hidden object game. GameMaker Studio itself is a terrible game construction kit, and this asset flip shows just how bad things can get when templates/tutorials/demos from that construction kit get dumped on Steam as complete games. Asset flips and other "Fake games" (as Valve calls them) are harmful to the industry, because they pollute the marketplace and reduce the visibility and exposure needed by genuine indie developers. In line with dishonest asset flippers, the game was dumped immediately at launch into DailyIndieGame shovelware bundles. There's a ridiculous $10 USD price tag on this pointless little mobile app tier asset flip.…

The game only has potential if you have young kids to play with as it's always the same items asked, the level are only 4 different areas where you'll have to find the same items.. You get the gist of it. Some words certainly are weird translations or brands instead of modern naming, and some others dont correspond to what it's supposed to be. Examples : Requested item > Item in the forest Leaflet > maple leaf Dichlofos > Insect repellant Field Glasses > binoculars Flashlight > Lantern Those certainly need to be renamed properly, as it is, it's kind of ridiculous.
