About Deep Under the Sky

✦ AI summary

Pilot a jet-powered jellyfish through the psychedelic depths of Venus, timing your thrust bursts to explore massive floating creatures and uncover hidden secrets across 80 levels. With just one button and physics-based gameplay that rewards rhythm and precision, this trippy adventure strips exploration down to its meditative essence while packing mind-bending visuals and over-the-top particle effects.

Learn to fly through the skies of a psychedelic Venus, to explore and flourish.

Time your bursts just right to explore every cleft and cranny of the floating beasts on the mysterious dark side of Venus. There's only one button but don't be fooled - you'll have to think like a jellyfish and zen to the heady biorhythms of the planet before you learn its secrets.

  • Turn into a ball and roll like Samus
  • Bouncers, gates, mines and other obstacles
  • More particle effects than your human brain can handle

This game has a beautiful design, but if you're expecting a platformer of any sort, you'll be sorely disappointed. Instead, this game is more like puzzle golf with unlimited shots and a lot of trial and error. If you're looking for a simplistic game, this may scratch that itch, but make sure you get it on sale.

When I play this game, I think of what life might be like underneath the ice of Europa. This is a really fun game.

It's too repetitive

A solid mobile-style single-button physics puzzler with gorgeous, psychedelic visuals. It's the sort of game where you can just zone out and try again and again to get the bonus objectives.
