About Detective Story
Detective Story - is a simple quest game, with hardoce elements, where you play as a detective Harold. You look for clues, interview witnesses and collect everything to clear a crime.
The plot of the game is easy. It is a mixed story about a detective who had sworn to devote kindness and help everybody in need. The main mission here is to investigate a strange murders chain in a small town Sherwood. Look for clues, interview witnesses, get out from various mazes with traps, and collect information. Finally, you will find the one who makes all these murders.
The game has two endings, happy and sad. Only you are the person making a decision about the ending. Good luck!

✦ AI summary
Players unanimously criticize this detective game for being extremely short (completable in under 25 minutes), lacking meaningful gameplay with trivial detective decisions and exploitable mechanics, and offering a predictable story with an obvious killer reveal. The game also suffers from poor English grammar, repetitive music, and appears to be an unfinished student project masquerading as a commercial product, making it widely considered not worth the purchase price.
The story was mediocre even awful. The maze was boring, and the end was kinda obvious.1 found this helpful
There is no way to put this nicely. This game has nothing that would make it a game. There is no detective decision making process in the game apart from one trivial case. The game is broken to the level where you can just walk through maps if you want (except the labyrinth part). It takes six (!!!) minutes to finish the game. The music that you hear in the trailer is all that you get, both in the menu and during every scene in the game. There is an english version of the game, but it uses really bad grammar at some places. I'm fairly sure that this was a school project of someone. If you buy this game, the only value you get out of it is the knowledge that you supported a potential future game developer.

i think i might be the first person to play this game but i can happily say this is the perfect game to beat in 21 min and 47 sec
This 'game' is a scam!
I'm gonna save you 10 minutes: 'The killer is the doctor that you can see the portrait of in the fifth screenshot, the end'.

If playing video games is one of your hobbies you are bound to get a few hits and mess, especially if you buy a couple of them in a bungle, in this case, you should completely skip this game. At least for me, this wasn't a £10 game, but it was still annoying, to say the least knowing I could have avoided this by doing more research into this game or playing it sooner and getting a refund, (I guess I would never learn). Don't let the premade assets trick you into thinking this is gonna be a decent game, it's not. The dialogues are barebone and flat, being more focused on moving from another premade location to the next without any no form of interactive gameplay, like collecting clues or making choices which would have been a cool idea to be implemented in the RPGMaker engine, but no we don't get that which is a shame. The way this game ended is just an 'L' to anyone who bothers to play it. If you don't believe me just look at the other recent negative reviews and compare them to the sketchy positive ones…
No gameplay, no story, not worth buying at all!
