Diner Bros 2

A good, fun cooking game. It is essentially the same as the first Diner Bros, except it is more polished. Besides the burgers, it does offer different food from the first game. I do miss the pizza though. Each campaign has a different kitchen hub but we get to place everything for it. Endless mode is too easy for me because customers only come 1-2 at a time. So I got to 366 served in the donut endless after 1:30 hours and had to just quit because I had other things to do. Overall it's a fun game!

Greatest game ever made.

It is a fun and chill game with your friends/family/partner. Good game for the price.

We did have a lot of fun here, love a good couch co-op, but - and this is a big but... My god, the order interface can be infuriating. At first, it was just a mild annoyance that the game has no option for 'large icons'. (There's an option to make them smaller for some reason - they're painfully small by default unless your monitor is the size of your wall) But then... enter the Donut Bros stage. I cannot tell the difference between orders for sugar & vanilla donuts. There's a teeny-tiny little icon in the top corner, inside of another tiny icon for the donut itself, to represent which topping the donut has if you can't tell from the image alone, which I cannot. But this icon-inside-an-icon itself is so small that I can't make it out either. It caused a whole lot of eye strain, let me tell you. The Server did eventually mitigate that issue a little bit, meaning that I didn't really need to care as long as I always kept one of each prepared, but... Then it got worse. As crazy as the coffee/tea orders can get, you eventually unlock different SIZES of drinks - and oh boy, trying to guess whether someone has ordered a coffee with milk, sugar, vanilla or chocolate is one thing, bu…

As someone who has played hours upon hours of Overcooked, Overcooked 2, Overcooked All you can Eat, and PlateUp, I just want to say I (along with my family) really like this game. The campaign format is really nice and the movement upgrades are a cool addition. Unlike plateup, which has gameplay centered around some unfun aspects like dish cleaning/ restocking and slowing the player down in muck, it's nice to get movement upgrades that have me mad-dashing around the kitchen. Each of those aforementioned games fills a certain niche, and I feel like Diner Bros successfully creates its own lane. Campaigns, upgrades, expansions, rearrangements, NPC servers for 1-2 players, and (the number one differentiator) the unique customers make this game one worth considering in your rotation of top down cooking games. I really am looking forward to any potential future expansions.
