"Dragon and Phoenix" is a garbage Adobe Flash browser game, a simple arcade "beat 'em up" from China. Now you might be asking why anyone would ethically try charging real world cash money for a crap Adobe Flash game, and we can thank Steam Direct for that. Obviously nobody should be paying money for Flash games, so this exists on Steam purely as a scam. As a game, this is obviously garbage... it's a Flash game that may be the worst ripoff of Double Dragon ever made. It's awful to play and defective from every single angle. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The artwork here is terrible, it's all just amateurish "My First Wacom Tablet" style drawings used instead professional looking game assets. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget to arrange someone who can create graphical assets properly, or lack of talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low, enough on its own to deter gamers. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no gua…
