There's no story on this one, so I'm not sure why the fairy was there. But it's not a bad game.

Solitaire has to be one of the most addictive games I've played. I just had to purchase this trilogy of games. All these Dreamland games are similar. I guess that's what I like about them. The developer didn't do something to ruin the trilogy. There are three game modes. There is Easy, Casual, and Timed. The Easy mode gives you twice the amount of cards in a deck. The Timed mode gives you a limited amount of time to remove all the cards. I love the colorful graphics, music, sound effects, and animations in these games. There is a sense of accomplishment as you progress through the map. You repair buildings and build bridges with the potions that you collect. I've played plenty of solitaire games. Most of them weren't nearly as good as this Dreamland series. Some of them would not display full screen on a wide-screen monitor. The last game in this Dreamland series uses DirectX 11. The playing cards are crystal clear on a high-definition monitor. I read another review about this game. Someone complained about the load times in the game. A Steam launch option that might improve the game's performance is -dxlevel 98. That should force the game to use DirectX 9.0c. …

An enjoyable game! Tons of levels with very colorful landscapes. I will say that one of the card holding traps is a spider web where a spider comes down in the beginning of some levels so if you have arachnaphobia really bad I would not play this game as there is NO WAY to turn them off. I hope someday they add the ability to turn that off or into something else. When I played these level I was always startled and had to look away till I did the action that got rid of them and if I didn't win at the end of the first playthrough, id skip to next level.

Hi -- I just finished playing Dreamland Solitaire -- 200 Levels -- bought NO extra cards to finish levels. It was great -- awesome game, good background music -- totally enjoyable.

It's Solitaire in Dreamland, not much else to it!
