Unity strikes again - enabling the development of mediocre games. Unity was used in this case to make a broken 3D puzzle/action/adventure dungeon exploration game. Controller handling is really bad so you have to play this game by switching to tablet mode if you have any controllers like a HOTAS or anything (otherwise you're always running down!). Terrible UI design doesn't allow any customisation that could fix this issue - developers taking shortcuts. Gameplay is really bland - you run around, smashing pots by running into them, pots contain a gold coin. They asset flipped the green mushroom from Super Mario (copyright violation much??) to get you an extra life which you wouldn't want to use, because death is sweet release if you're playing this low effort entry. Maybe there's potential for this kind of game, but developers need to go PC first, improve the gameplay and quality rather than trying to foist a console/tablet game on Steam to try squeeze money out of PC gamers. PC gamers deserve better.

It's a game. It's enjoyable in some ways, but just clunky and awful in others. not worth 10.99 CAD by ANY means.

The running animation was rather strange with the character moving very fast - which incidentally helps the rather lackluster gameplay to not drag on pointlessly but takes away from immersion. The writing seems amateur and the plot paper thin. It is mostly an excuse to send you around on a maze because... evil guy... something something... I hate mazes... Mazes are what you do when you do not have any idea for mechanics, you dont have a narrative to tell, and you cannot be bothered to create a world through your level design. You would rather just put a bunch of dead ends pit falls and corridors that wrap around each other because... thats easy... and it takes a …
