About Dungeons of the dead

Dungeons of the dead ... Who knows what is hidden in them?
It is only known that they are pulling out of you the vital forces that you need to constantly nourish with food.

The goal of the game is to go as far as possible through the levels, without dying at the same time from exhaustion. Skeletons and zombies will stand in your way, beat them or run away - you decide.

Infinite pixal roguelike game.
Atmospheric eight-bit soundtrack.
A lot of monsters in infinite levels.

As others have pointed out, this game is literally just assets ripped off from Unity's 2D ROGUELIKE TUTORIAL, with a price tag slapped on it. You can tell it's an asset flip already with the nonexistent plot, nonexistent settings, nonexistent instructions nor tutorials, minimal graphics, and repeated models and objects that are spammed throughout the map. This game fails as an adventure RPG game, not only because of the reasons above, but the controls are also just as bad. You move at the speed of snail, block-by-block and there's always a second delay when you've reached the endpoint on a map. The enemies pathing is even worse - I can guaranteed you will finish every level without dying because of their poor movements. There's no scaling on the difficult either, it's almost the same repeated levels, with the same skeletons, foods, and blocks but in randomized places across the map. I advise against playing Dungeons of the dead, unless you want to waste money on a game that rip-offs from Unity ...

Warning: Asset Flip!
Dungeons of the dead is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", azimuth team, took the 2D Roguelike Tutorial Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Unity Technologies, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. It gets worse... "2D Roguelike Tutorial" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from azimuth team, with "Starveling Way", asset flipped by Simple Logic Games/beans rolls. Take a look for yourself... it's exactly the same game! The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "2D Roguelike Tutorial" is just an official tutorial pack to teach people how to use procgen in Unity, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC g…

Another Unity asset flip. Sadly, Steam easily accepts these nowadays.
