Elven Rivers 2: New Horizons Collector's Edition

Elven Rivers 2: New Horizons Collector's Edition is a fantasy, time management game developed by Big City Lab and published by 8floor. As the name suggests, it is the sequel to Elven Rivers: The Forgotten Lands. Like in the previous game, you take on the role of Celene, an elf ranger who's leading her team as they explore a new country inhabited by beastmen. However, the orcs, the same villains from the first game, are back, threatening the beastmen's lands. Thus, it's up to Celene and her team to stop them, along with a new friend to help. I'll stop my story synopsis here to avoid spoilers and all that. As for the gameplay, it is pretty much the same as in the previous game. You can choose from among three difficulty levels: relaxed, normal, or expert. (For review purposes, I chose to play on normal mode.) There are a total of 40 levels, with an additional 12 levels that are unlocked upon completing the main story. In each level, you're given a few tasks to complete, and these tasks can vary from clearing the river to defeating orc patrols. Assuming that you play on timed mode, you can earn up to 3 stars per level. Stars are used to unlock a picture. Als…

Developed by Big City Lab and published by 8floor, Elven Rivers 2: New Horizons Collector's Edition builds upon the foundation of the original game by delivering another engaging fantasy-themed time management adventure centered on efficient planning and resource management. The story follows the elf heroine Celene and her companions as they venture into a distant land populated by beastmen in hopes of strengthening relations between their peoples. What begins as a diplomatic expedition quickly evolves into a larger conflict when they discover that the neighboring kingdom is also under siege by a relentless orc invasion. While the narrative remains simple, it effectively provides a sense of purpose throughout the campaign and gives each mission a place within the broader journey. The heart of the experience lies in its time management mechanics, where every level challenges players to think ahead and maximize efficiency. Workers must be assigned carefully to collect food, wood, and other essential resources while simultaneously clearing blocked roads, repairing structures, and completing mission objectives before time runs out. Every decision matters because sending workers to the…

"Elven Rivers 2: New Horizons Collector's Edition" is a tablet clicker/ripoff of the "12 Labors Of Hercules" clickers. Click on various resources/obstacles on each map until the level is done. Much like the Hercules games this is aping, there's no real gameplay or meaningful decision making, even though, much like the Hercules games, it's pretending to be a resource management game, it's not. The graphics aren't as good as 12 Labors either, so there's a second fail. The shady developer behind this valueless shovelware has proven to be a persistent nuisance abusing Steam Direct... they've dumped over THREE HUNDRED valueless mobile app tier asset flips onto Steam, many featuring plagiarised/stolen stock art and other unethical, shady behaviours. The developer, Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this particular game, with minor reskins, an insane THIRTY TWO TIMES onto Steam... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? Asset flipping begins at home! Here's a list of 8Floors's copy + pastes of this asset:

Argonauts Agency: Captive of Circe
Argonauts Agency: Chair of Hephaestus
Argonauts Agency: Glove of Midas
Argonauts …
