About EQUALINE

"Isn't it easy? It's just 'arithmetic'. "

EQUALINE is a "one-stroke calculation puzzle" in which you connect panels of numbers and symbols with lines to complete calculations.

Despite the simple rules, the experience of performing one calculation after another in a limited amount of time is fast-paced. It is a highly competitive action puzzle game.

Calculate the target by connecting numbers and symbols.
This is the only rule. You calculate the target one after another as it gets larger and larger.

Can you find the only right answer in a limited time and in a hurry?

When the remaining time runs out, the game is over immediately.

The "Endless Mode," where you compete to see how large number you can keep calculating, is divided into three categories based on the difficulty of the problem.

There are three levels: Standard: normal difficulty, High Speed: easy but short time limited, and Expert: solve difficult problem in long time.

There is no end to the challenge of getting faster and larger.

In "Missions", you will be challenged with special rules such as "3 seconds time limit", "unknown target", etc.

Missions and achievements will be unlocked based on various conditions, such as the length of the ceremony and the time remaining.

Aim to complete all missions and all achievements.

I knew I wasn’t Japanese, now I'm sure of it after seeing people completing all missions in half-an-hour =D (it took 140h for me) Sometimes we expect more from games than just fun and story, challenge is a need for some. There’s a Turkish saying, “two steps forward, one step back.” It usually describes slow progress, but any progress is something which I constantly felt playing the game; one day I’d perform worse than the day before, and the next I’d clear a stage I couldn’t even figure out earlier. Equaline is one of those games I’d call more than it seems to be, makes you better in the field that challenges you. If you have any interest in mental arithmetic, you absolutely have to play it.

This modest game is way more cool than any pictures or video can communicate. It's really fun in an action puzzle way. No special interest in basic arithmetic is needed to enjoy the game.

Being an Asian, I thought my Equaline skill would be good, but it took me 32 hours to get 100% achievement. Definitely loves game like this, rules are simple to learn, but game is difficult to master. The cool BGM and interface sets the high tension of the game and makes it very enjoyable.

Definitely a game that makes math fun with a lot of content and style. It's as easy as what the trailer shows, gotta use operations with numbers by moving within the grid. The standard mode of this game is the endless mode which itself has multiple variants. You keep solving to find the target number and it keeps going up every time you do so. The main content of this game however are the 24 missions that you can complete. Some of these missions are simple but a lot have wild modifiers that continue to make the math fun and interesting in new ways. Some are very difficult though, so you'll have to be an absolute math genius to be able to complete all of them. This game is nice and simple but there are problems with it. The biggest letdown is that there is no mode where you can play endlessly without a time limit. A time-limitless mode in a game like this would be good for people who really do want to just take their time. Another complaint is how the beginning questions in the endless become more of a memorization task instead of doing the math. They don't vary that much and I kinda wish I could just skip them and get to the actually challenging questions. Also, it's not real i…
