Symmetry Lines

I check out many of the cheap single-screen puzzle games on Steam and this has been one of my favorites in recent time. Many either are too easy (though can still be simple fun) or become too complex where minimum moves to complete a puzzle gets to like 50+ moves and it can be impossible to figure out how to match the par moves. This game doesn't fall into either pitfall and instead has a limited enough range of moves that you don't feel overwhelmed and also tend to have the minimum number of moves for a puzzle at around 4-8 moves. It doesn't mean the puzzles are easy as it's easy to stumble on a solution at 50+ moves and then have to figure out how it's able to be solved in only six moves. I'm having a really good time with it at around 2/3 puzzles completed so far and even if I never do complete it with +0 extra moves in the end I feel like I've easily got enough enjoyment for the price being asked. My only nitpick is I wish the par moves were shown from the start of a puzzle. And there's a button with a # on it during a puzzle I haven't been able to figure out what it actually does. Could just be not noticing what it does but seems odd otherwise.

Excellent puzzle game using a simple concept and great aesthetics. For $1.50 (AUD) I can already tell this is well worth it, will update this when I have completed the game.

A nice looking minimalistic puzzle game. Only 36 levels, however, they're not easy. This game is harder (at least, it was for me) than an average minimalistic puzzle game you can find on Steam.
