Escape Party

When you launch the game it opens a browser window. No joke. You play in a browser window. You climb stairs by jumping up each individual step and then trying to time your last jump to go through the doorway instead of bouncing off. It took my wife and I 12 minutes to finish the first room. That included trying to figure out how to lower the volume and how to get up the stairs. This game is pure garbage.

Do not buy this, ui and quality is ass. Gameplay is ass. Its ran on a browser thats how bad it is. Try at ur own risk.

I played this game as a demo when it first was made available and while the puzzles were simple and the level was short, i was looking forward to seeing what the full game would be like. I have since played the full game and I do not recommend it at all, The puzzles are either really simple still or extremely difficult to understand unless you use multiple hints. There are only 3 levels in the game so far and each level can be done in under 30 minutes and there is no replay ability whatsoever, once you've completed a level that is it. If you are a fan of puzzles and escape rooms, this isn't the game for you

Played the demo when that came out, and the camera movement was really glitchy. Kept moving randomly and made me very motion sick. That was not fixed in the full release The game is incredibly lacking. The whole experience still feels like a demo with unintuitive puzzles, unhelpful hints for said puzzles and all in all, just an unfun experience. Shame because I enjoyed the demo (minus the camera issues) and had hoped to see a lot more from this game

🎮 Escape Party: Co-Op Review 🎮 Escape Party is a multiplayer puzzle game that looks like Minecraft! You and up to 5 friends can tackle three themed escape rooms: Aztec Temple, Medieval Dungeon, or Futuristic Spaceship - but you have "just" 60 minutes to escape. ✨ What We Loved… Charming Aesthetic: Blocky, voxel-style graphics that really set the scene. Puzzle Variety: Some puzzles had us scratching our heads in the best way. 🙃 And What We Didn't… Short & Easy: You can finish all the rooms in under an hour if you're used to puzzle games like this. Crowded Multiplayer: Best with 2-3 players, any more and it gets chaotic and boring. 🔑 Final Thoughts Escape Party has some potential, but it’s too brief, especially for its not-so-cheap price. If you’re a puzzle novice, you’ll love it - but if you're a veteran, maybe wait for a sale. We still want to recommend it cause we had fun, but ONLY if you find it on sale or when more content will be released. For now it looks like an Early Access or a Demo, but it's promising. First off, when you press play, it will load this game in a browser. Not a huge fan of that Overall, the game feels a bit meh. The puzzle in the centre of the room, for example, despite figuring it out, felt a bit underwhelming due to how remarkably similar the symbols looked. It would create a pattern of numbers you'd see on a digital clock, and it was too easy to mistake a 5 for a 3, so it required some trial and error. I'm not the smartest individual, but even these puzzles felt a bit weak.
