Cute RPG with a suprisingly banger soundtrack. Very good pickup for an indie game.

Enhanced, rebuild, new and better version of first game with more characters too! If you like JRPGs, check this one - a lot of fun for such a low price!

Eternal Dreamers -Rising- is a great turn-based RPG, with quirky characters, tons of options of builds (both how you build each individual character and how you set up your team) and with an interesting story to boot. While simple on the surface, the depth is shown in how abilities interact between each when in combat. One character deals more damage if an opponent is shocked, while another character has an easy time shocking opponents. Another uses her life both heal others, damage enemies and can use extra resources to devastate everything on screen, but does not have any great options to build those resources. Pair her with a dude that basically protects, increases damage dealt by allies and builds said resources with each attack. Now you have my default team composition. While the story is very by-the-books, it acts as a meaningful anchor to the world building and also slowly introduces new mechanics so you are not overwhelmed at the start. It takes less than 5 hours to unlock spirits, which are massive improvements. And just a side not here at the end: the developers listen to their players. I had a big issue with a mini game (emphasis on the MINI game, I was very salty …

I've had a lot of fun with the game, it's interesting story-wise, has a quite entertaining combat system and a surprisingly varied character range. Picking out you own personal combo is a great feeling, especially since most of characters can be unlocked rather easily. One thing the game doesn't do so well for now is explaining some mechanics in depth, however new guide seems to be steadily implemented and such problems should soon dissapear. Overall, I think it's a stable 8/10, a great result especially for an indie project

This game is very fun! So far, I'm hooked! The story takes itself surprisingly serious, despite its aesthetic. The characters personalities are a tad basic so far, but they each have quirks setting them apart, in dialogue and combat especially! Combat is where the game truly shines. It's a perfect blend of strategy and action, with every fight demanding thought and skill. The upgrade systems and customization options give you so much freedom to play your way while ensuring every victory feels earned. And the music—oh, the music! Every track enhances the atmosphere, whether it's the catchy beats during a climactic battle or a quiet, melancholic melody in a moment of reflection. 10/10 so far. Can't recommend it enough!
