About F.I.S.H.
Welcome, new intern, to the Department of F.I.S.H.!
We've assigned you to the city of \ in which major \ is being done and requires all fish be redirected away from any area deemed \. The fish that frequent these roads are averse to reading our very clearly labelled safety signs, which is where YOU \ come in! Your job is to use our STOP signs at just the right moment when a fish attempts to swim past you. Different fish have different timings and frequent different roads, so you'll have to rely on your sense of rhythm to ensure that \ stays safe!
Awaiting you are 15 levels each with their own awesome music. At the end of each level, you'll be judged by three of our most skilled agents out of 10 for a total score out of 30. Score a 15/30 or higher, and you'll be granted access to the next level. Score anything below that, and you'll have to try it again before you can advance. And we'll also be very disappointed in you. No pressure!
In your training, you'll learn how to deal with 5 different types of fish: Tuna, Salmon, Barracuda, Sailfish, and Swordfish. Each fish has a unique rhythmic timing that you must remember if you want to meet our standards. You can use either the left/right mouse button, the Space key, or the A key to input a STOP sign.
As you progress, the levels will get trickier. Fish will get faster. Time signatures will change. Your sense of rhythm will be put to the ultimate test.
Are you up for the task?

F.I.S.H. is a rhythm game inspired by Rhythm Heaven that players praise for its catchy music, engaging rhythm-based gameplay, and satisfying learning curve once you internalize each song's patterns. The main criticism centers on the limited input options being restricted to mouse, A, and spacebar, which some feel unnecessarily constrains a one-button game experience.
I'm so glad I went to spaghetti night. Best spaghetti of my life. I have never been the same since. F.I.S.H. is cool too i guess.1 found this helpful
I've been periodically playing this game since it came out and I really like it. It isn't a particularly difficult rhythm game, I wouldn't compare it difficulty-wise to Rhythm Heaven (which was the series that inspired Tim to make this game), but it's not trivial. The music, personally, is excellent. I've seen some reviews criticize it for its changing tempo and, while it's that's true, I don't think strict reaction time is really how this game is meant to be played. It's a rhythm game. The goal is to learn the rhythm of the song and go with the flow. And this game succeeds in that regard. The songs are really catchy and once you've learned the rhythm it becomes quite fulfilling to play. You almost instinctively know when you click. Even the joke levels can be learned. Sure, it's a different rhythm, sometimes, let's say... "experimental." But coming back to the game recently after a year or so I still knew most of the timings in those levels, enough to sufficiently pass. I know this is a somewhat common trait among rhythm games, but it's cool that Tim integrated the cues of the fish directly into the song. Even the soundtrack online has the cues. And the motifs along the dura…1 found this helpful
like a rhythm heaven minigame but expanded into its own game. fun! only issue i have is being restricted to only using the mouse, a, or the space bar for inputs. it doesn't make much sense to restrict that in a one-button game in my opinion
