So, I LOVE this game. I've put a good chunk of hours into it, having different attempts over time. I love the cutesy relaxing vibes, and I love the graphics and my little peoples. Generally, I would recommend this game... howeverrrrr This year, it started crashing my computah. Both times, the monitors went black saying no connection, but the audio was still playing and the PC was still running. This happened while having a streaming service open playing a show at the same time. The first time it happened, I tried messing with the HDMI cables (that did nothing), and I had to power off the PC and attempted to turn it back on... but it didn't turn on. Took months of figuring out how to get the baby back to life. Power supply was fine, but got a new motherboard and new CPU to give a partial fresh start. That got it back up and working. Then after a couple months, the same issue happened again. It has only happened with this game, and I have other games that require more of the computer than this one, that also allow me to stream a show or movie with no issues. Seeing in the comments that others experience crashes makes me feel like it's not a PC issue but a game issue, and would l…

Super cute, cozy town builder.
Coming from Foundation and Manor Lords, Fabledom is a more relaxed experience. Mechanics are kept fairly simple but interesting. Graphics are nice, cool events across your kingdom and so far overall pleasing experience.
A fun and relaxing city-builder. It is very satisfying, but perhaps is a bit light on the end game content, feels like a delightful and altogether more optimistic outlook on a city builder genre that is often a bit...grimdark or bleak. A perfect game for a relaxing weekend or a bank holiday!
I love the game! The controls are simple and easy to learn, and I found myself getting into the flow pretty quickly. I did notice that navigating the map felt smoother with my mouse — zooming in and out and moving around was much easier than using the keyboard. One issue I ran into was the priority building feature. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work for me; my workers still focus on whatever they want instead of the task I mark as a priority. I also wish there were options to upgrade houses and buildings. Being able to expand structures or increase their coverage area would be nice. Overall, I'm enjoying the game.
