Fate's Reflection:The Case of Detective Kotomu

----------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Ripples form as a stone is thrown into the lake, and the past follows like a shadow—can you end this causal fate before the bell of the Spirit Sending Festival tolls?" -----------------------------------------------------------------------------In the 41st year of the United Era (UE 41), just as the police officer KERIT of Saksa City's police station begins his vacation, he is confronted with a troublesome case... 【Game Worldview】This is a world where orcs and humans coexist. Saksa City, an orc-dominated city with a population of nearly 10 million, spans across 12 towns. The orcs make up the vast majority, while humans are a small minority. Kotomu Town, located on the outskirts of Saksa City, is poorly connected by transportation, has a high crime rate, and is often referred to as the "Gray Town" by outsiders. There have been many strange cases here, and every year during the Spirit Sending Festival, odd things happen... "Have you heard? Strange things always happen before and after the Spirit Sending Festival, don’t they?""It’s been passed down by the older generation, that before and after the Spirit Sending Festival, there’s always something strange going on in town. It’s like… those monsters in the town come alive around this time every year." Are these rumors, heard from local residents, true, or are they just stories meant to scare children?  【Gameplay】In this 2D side-scrolling puzzle adventure game, you will walk in KERIT’s footsteps alongside his partner HUSK as they uncover the true culprit behind the death of Kotomu's police chief. But what awaits you—truth or danger? ●Interactive Puzzle Solving: You will interact with scenes and objects, collect clues, solve evidence-related puzzles, and slowly uncover the truth behind the case. ●Dialogue-Driven Plot Exploration: Through conversations with NPCs (or scene objects), you will gather more background information. These dialogues will gradually reveal the truth behind the events. ●Layered Pacing Shifts: The game begins with easy-going dialogue and investigation stages, but as the story progresses, more intense and thrilling events may unfold. ●Multidimensional Clue Collection: Material evidence, testimonies, and local legends intertwine. You will need to carefully discern which information is real and which is misleading.
