After Fallen Leaves Town this has been the 2nd title from Peach Rain presented in colour. But this means we only get to see colours once a section is complete as in we have found all cats there. The previous title has around 300 cats - double that (roughly) and you get ButtonWood Street. It is a nice HOG that takes around an hour to complete. That is, without using the hint functionality which is a requirement for one of the achievements. Now, the drawing is nice (as it was the same in earlier titles) and the idea is to add the meowing sound to cats to ensure you get help since avoiding the hint feature is your only option for 100% completion. This noise our feline companions make gets stronger as we get closer to an animal hiding. And this is also the shortcoming of the game. If you see a relatively large section with several cats that you have been trying to find, they all start crying. Hearing these from 3 or 4 animals can be really annoying (not to mention the intensity with which they do this). One thing ButtonWood Street definitely taught me: patience. And also zoom in to cover a smaller area so that you can focus on fewer cats and reduce their…

༶•┈┈୨♡୧┈┈•༶ Okay so I enjoyed this game, very cute, but something I was NOT a fan of was the limited amount of hints. It was annoying only getting like 20 hints when there were 560 cats.

Moderately sized picture. Tightly packed cats. Interactable objects. Colors in finished areas.

There are a LOT of cats you have to find in this one. Hundreds! And they can be hidden behind a curtain or the hood of a car and such so be sure to keep looking! Parts of the locations will get colorized if you found all of the cats in that particular section. Which helps narrowing down the search. Once you're near completion they will meow if you are close to one or more that you've missed. Played on Steam Deck with touch screen controls.

This is a challenging one. Good luck finding them all without hints. I know that I sure was stumped, multiple times.

As a big fan of hidden object games as I find them very relaxing when you just want to turn the brain off and click around, these are some of the best among them. The best part are the audio cues to let you know when you might be in the area of them. It adds a layer where you can still go crazy searching without clicking the hint button to get a direct location or reveal of where a cat might be hidden. I think that idea makes these ones stand out among the others. I'm not honestly not a big fan of having 1 object missing and I've scoured the map completely, still unable to locate it. It's frustrating and even more so clicking the hint button. I like that this one gives you the feeling of still having to look but giving you the audio clue of being "hot or cold". Great addition.
