About FINIS

What is FINIS?

FINIS is not just any video game, we have created a psychological evaluation through colors based on the Lüscher test, but taken to a much deeper level.

You have eight different paths, in each choice you can only choose one color and each selection will take you to a different evaluation.

But it won't be that easy, there will be challenges along the way and there are 21 multiverses with a visual narrative tailored to the path you're following. This will influence your mood and choices.

There are hundreds of combinations, so the final assessment will be different depending on your view of the world at this point in your life.

Do you choose the colour because it is the one you want to choose, or are we artificially influencing your choices?

Maybe you are not the person you think you are and you have to accept a different reality.

FINIS is a puzzle game that explores 21 different universes. Each universe offers a different experience, terror, calm, destruction, war, progress... You can choose between 8 completely different paths and each path will take you to a unique ending.

- 21 multiverses.
- 8 different paths.
- Hundreds of results..

Once the game is finished, you can play again to discover the other paths and experiences, all of them so different that they will surprise you.

You decide which way to go, do you prefer progress or decline? Utopia or war? Discover that beauty can be anywhere, explore the limits of civilization, how far human beings can progress and how far they can go to destroy themselves.

I played two ways and there are a lot more to go. The puzzles can be a little confusing, but it's doable^^ You get a psychological report based on Lüscher after every playthrough (not serious, but interesting)

Interesting puzzles, fun little scenarios. For the price, it's a decent afternoon with friends to joke around about your psychological evaluations. I give it 6/10 coffee mugs. Warm coffee mugs, like a hug from a psychiatrist.

This game tries to give you a pseudoscience personality evaluation based on what colors you pick and puzzle solving speed. This just involves you going into a box, picking a color, then going to a location where you solve a puzzle. It honestly feels kind of Myst-like, but I cannot understand the end game puzzles at all, they don't make any sense and its stupid.
FINIS

Positives:
+ The idea and potential + Nice graphics and artstyle + Good sounds + Fantastic music + Atmospheric + Both relaxing and creepy + Some of the puzzles are quite fun + Some nice looking levels + FOV-adjuster + Achievements + Quite a lot of levels in total
Negatives:
- No hint system (what a shame) - Buggy save game, that may work sometimes, but mostly dosent - Some puzzles are way too difficult and makes little to no sense - You will most likely need a guide in some parts - Bugs and glitches - A lot of potential frustration and no fun moments - Being forced to restart the whole game again because of the save game bug, is just awful and time consuming
Conclusion:
This game reminded me a lot about After You from the same developer. The atmosphere, music and graphics along with some of the levels are great. But unfortunately its got a lot of same issues with gameplay, and he obviously have not learned much since then. When making games like this, think more in terms of making it available for most people. There is a reason very few have played this game. Its too difficult, and there is no adjustments. Who wants gameplay wher…

FINIS is an experimental first-person puzzle adventure created by k148 Game Studio and published by JanduSoft that blends philosophical themes with interactive gameplay. Rather than presenting a traditional story-driven puzzle experience, the game explores the relationship between choice, perception, and personality through a series of surreal environments. The entire experience is built around the idea that decisions—even seemingly simple ones—can reveal something deeper about the player. Through a mixture of puzzle-solving, exploration, and color-based choices, the game attempts to create a psychological journey that changes depending on how each player interacts with it. The central concept behind FINIS is inspired by psychological theories related to color perception and emotional interpretation. Throughout the game, players are frequently asked to make choices between colors that represent different emotional states or symbolic meanings. These decisions influence the direction of the game’s narrative and determine which environments the player will encounter next. Over time, the game collects these choices and uses them to build a psychological profile of the player, ultimate…
