Fish Catcher

A game where you catch fish with a weird extendable hand. It isn't awful but it isn't good either. Works fine on Linux with Proton (Proton 4.11-12).

This game is absolute peak

Fish Catcher is a simple browser/Flash like 3-button action/reflexes game where you move and hand left and right, and swipe up to grab fish jumping on a parabolic arc over your head. Hand? Anyway, there's a timer so catch as many fish as you can before the timer runs out. This Flash-style simplistic minigame is incredibly shallow compared to real, genuine PC games. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The implementation here is of such poor quality, the developer couldn't work out how to make the game display in fullscreen, it only runs in a window. Its pretty fun

Immensly barebones. Feels like a no effort flash games from the mid 2000s. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, so dont judge me :D (i probably got it through some sort of bundle)
