I think this game would have benefitted more if the tutorial of the game explained things a little bit better. If you can over look the fact that this game uses AI images in it, it actually isn't bad. I would recommend this game for anyone that loves a good fishing idle game.3 found this helpful

A simple idle game that requires your attention every few minutes. It takes the form of a small icon on the screen, and when it starts flashing, you need to click on it to catch a fish. The icon keeps flashing until you click on it, so you won't miss anything. The fish you catch need to be sold so you can buy bait. Different types of bait attract different fish, but you can also fish without bait, although it takes an incredibly long time for a fish to bite. Strangely, the same happens with universal bait, which appears to be broken because it takes even longer than fishing without any bait at all. Other locations can be accessed by right-clicking on the fishing icon. The fish stall where you sell your catch, the shop where you buy new equipment, and your home are all available from the start. Your home doesn't serve any real purpose except letting you look at an aquarium where you can place the fish you've caught. There are also other fishing spots besides the starting lake, but they only become available later. Sadly, there's quite a bit of grinding involved, just like in any idle game. Unless you're lucky, fish sell for very little, and if you want to catch them without wasti…
Fishing On My Desktop takes the familiar appeal of idle games and packages it into a lightweight desktop companion that quietly runs alongside your daily computer activities. Developed and published by ColaCatGames, the game is built around the idea that entertainment does not always need to demand your full attention. Instead of occupying the entire screen, it introduces a compact fishing interface that lets players cast lines, collect rewards, and make gradual progress while working, studying, browsing the internet, or enjoying other games. This unique approach gives the title a distinct identity within the idle genre, offering a peaceful experience that fits naturally into everyday computer use rather than interrupting it. The gameplay is intentionally straightforward, making it easy for anyone to jump in regardless of their experience with idle or fishing games. A simple click begins each fishing attempt, and over time players accumulate an impressive collection of more than one hundred different fish species found across rivers, lakes, and oceans. New fishing rods and bait become available as progression continues, adding small but satisfying improvements that encourage playe…
很不错的游戏!钓鱼不就是在一个又一个湖泊海洋之间穿梭、下竿、等待么。把最有趣的部分都浓缩和简化且保留了。希望有可能的话可以多开一点点地图~
