I thought credits was the intro of the game. Took 15 mins to finish, just jump and walk. Total of bullsh*hit 0/10
not fun
i really enjoyed this! My only wish was that it was a bit longer and more story between the characters to make you feel more attached to them, but over all, it was fun. :) If you're looking for a quick game that is pretty chill, this is definitely one to try.
This game is unplayable. The bloom is so high and the controls are janky. Don't get me started on the terrible voice acting.
I doubt I will even try to finish this game, since based on other reviews it is only 30 to 60 minutes of game play unless there are many more positive reviews showing a base change in the game play mechanics and story immersion. The “Forgotten Journey” is a puzzle-oriented platform game where the player follows a linear path of jumping, climbing, and problem or puzzle solving with the help of an AI companion that follows her. I did not play it enough to determine if the puzzle challenge is worthy. Maybe it plays better with a controller rather than a mouse or keyboard. Graphics appear nice, what little I could see. The game does not allow for graphic setup options, and appears to require a high speed PC to run it. My computer can handle the graphics fine, except there is NO WAY to change the mouse sensitivity, so even the slightest movement would spin my avatar so fast, or move them in a certain direction that was way beyond normal which made the game play way too challenging to enjoy the environment or challenge set before me. The voice acting is also seriously lacking and can be redone to improve the game play . The game is free, so whatever the review offers does not matter…
Forgotten Journey Positives: + Nice idea + Beautiful world + Platforming and light puzzles + Some cool design + Ok music + Mostly nice graphics + Its free Negatives: - Stiff and unnatural animations - Below average voiceacting and written dialogue - A lot of sounds are missing, making the game often silent when it shouldnt be - Bugs (even in the menu) - Very short (over in 20 minutes) I really like the idea of this wonderful world, and the trailer looked awesome. The game though, was not as awesome. But dont get me wrong, for a short free student game, its good enough. Total Score: 7/10
