you are called to a spooky little island by your grandfather after the untimely death of your grandmother. but when you get there all is not well. A mystery unfurls itself, You will have to pick up the pieces, in the form of notes, news clipping, totems, and a couple of sexy postcards; unravel the mystery behind the eldritch happenings or madness (perhaps both?) that has plagued the island. You will have to explore a variety of unique locations: the town of Gleming, the abandoned asylum, the woods, the light house, and places beyond mortal comprehension. An ancient evil languishes hidden in Glemming, will you find what's needed to put an end to it? What comes from the town of Gleming?

Hello, fellow person with a really weird steam queue. I saw this game and it hit me with the animal magnetism of a discount gas station hotdog or a really questionable DVD at the thrift store. It is about as bad as it looks, but sometimes you just want some nice schlock. And to my surprise, this was above-average schlock. For one dollar, I am satisfied with my purchase. This is not a horror game. It is a true walking simulator with no damage, health, timer, or even a spooky dude chasing you. It has some ominous notes you collect and 2 intentional jumpscares, with many unintentional jumpscares from weird physics object collision sending you to the moon. Your only limitation is that you can't swim, and even then it just kicks you to the starting location. On that alone it isn't anything special, but it has some... let's say [i]interesting design choices[/i] to make me curious about the people that made it, and generally keep my interest in the game. On the off chance you want to play this game: it will max your GPU. This is because (I think) they didn't bother to cap the framerate so the game will just eat your entire GPU if you let it. I mean, it's bad. Like, really bad. Bad to the point that it makes you think that it must be hiding some sort of twist, but as far as I can tell it's not. It's just bad, barely even a game. It is extremely fascinating in how it completely bucks every single gaming trend, up to and including "having correctly spelled dialogue," though.
