Leaving Lyndow

Leaving Lyndow is basically a one hour tech demo for the devs to play around in the engine and prepare for their future game, Eastshade. But it's a good tech demo.

Short and sweet. Playing it after Eastshade, it feels almost nostalgic, like visiting an old friend you haven't seen in a while, and I am glad I have played them in this order.

It’s way too short, but still unbelievably cozy

A nice little game to play after Eastshade. Worth playing if you want to return to this island and see how it looked before the painter arrived to it. And before the developers made Eastshade - I would consider this a demo.

I really enjoyed Eastshade and the Songs of Glimmerwick demo, which is why I decided to try Leaving Lyndow. It is very similar to Eastshade, but still a very pleasant experience. It is the ultimate comfort game. It's a gentle, cozy experience that leaves you feeling genuinely warm and grounded. With its soothing soundtrack and the calm lull of ocean waves, there is zero pressure, combat, or stress just a peaceful environment you are free to absorb at your own pace. The town is filled with delightfully strange, quirky characters who add a spark of humor and personality,.Its a interactive walking simulator.
