The gameplay is pretty basic and simple. It doesn't try to do anything special other than a slow down mechanic to make things easier to dodge. There are two paths in this game, kiss and kill. Think of them and pacifist route and genocide route. They don't really differ much other than offering you different visual elements. The kiss path will show you loving your enemies and after you kiss a certain amount of enemies bikini clad anime women show up on both sides of your screen. The kill path decides to get pretty spicy and instead shows you images of mutilated human beings. So do with that information as you will.
