I step into the role of a manor owner in a classical European setting and slowly rebuild the estate while taking care of crops, animals, production and trade. I liked the relaxed atmosphere because there is a nice balance between having things to manage and still being able to play at my own pace. The farming side is probably what I enjoyed most. I can grow crops, look after animals and turn what I produce into more valuable goods through things like cooking, baking and wine making. I liked how the different parts of the manor connect together, because growing something is not always the end of the process. I can take those resources and turn them into something more useful, which makes the estate feel like an actual little production chain. There is also a decent amount of freedom in how I develop the manor. I can expand different facilities, manage resources and make decisions about what I want to focus on next.
