噬元之主 (2018)

噬元之主 feels like almost every low quality game made in RPG Maker. At least this one is free to play. Oh, and there isn't english translation for this one.

Just bad, no doubt.

RPG Maker strikes again! "噬元之主" (lord devourer something) is one of hundreds of low effort RPG Maker flips spamming the store. It's made with a kit that says it is simple enough for a child. It's just a bunch of canned assets mixed with cringey high school anime club fan fiction. This is a painfully bad RPG Maker asset flip, a completely generic RPG with a minimum effort story about the developer himself (it's always cringey when developers put themselves into their own game) who gets transported to a magical world and kills everything including the gods. I mean if you're going to have delusions of grandeur in your high school anime club dropout fan-fiction, you might as well shoot the moon. Like other RPG Maker "games", the game engine is extremely low quality. It displays badly in fullscreen, and has no real graphics settings or HD support. It's not up to the same standard we expect from a modern PC game. We can make the argument that construction kit toys like RPG Maker are intended for making small games and demos and things to pass around with friends. They shouldn't be used as a substitute or "Ez-mode" to allow unqualified amateurs to LARP that they're real, actual game…

总体来说还不错。但为甚完全没有cg，出来的都是代码？
